Lemurian seed quartz is believed to store and release information that has been programmed into it, and is sometimes called a "record keeper". The tiny triangles, or trigons, on the surface of Lemurian quartz are thought to be areas where the crystal's growth was interrupted.
Lemuria is a hypothetical lost continent that is often viewed as a mythological and spiritual concept. Some traditions describe Lemurians as the ancestors of modern humans, with advanced technology and telepathic abilities.
These people lived in harmony, everyone lived as one, and were deeply reverent and connected to the earth. It is said that when you rub the striations along side the shaft during meditation, you activate the crystal and you can then download the knowledge and energy within it. 
Some things I learned from this crystal:
1. Keep your vibe high.
2. Remember that you are me and I am you. That anything I do to you, I’m also doing to myself. 
3. See everyone I meet as an equal and not above or below me, but just human.
4. That a tree, plant, water, heavenly body, animal or any creeping thing on the earth is not separate from me, but part of the whole.
